There are two ways that I am aware of:
1) Put the virtual calc in receive mode, and then send the file from your real 89
2) Put the virtual calc in receive mode, and then press F10 and select the file you want to send

If you plan on testing assembly programs, I suggest you keep a copy of the sav file vti68k makes
everytime you exit.  If you happen to crash your calc, make sure you copy the sav file out of that
directory before you exit vti68k, becuase if you don't, you'll have to delete the sav file, and
resend everything.
