Don't think that's true for the 89.  In fact I know it's not.  That is
precisely what I am trying to do; sort on secondary list.  But it doesn't
work.  So, I'm trying to understand how this works.

I have seen the sort order affected by the secondary lists but it is
unpredictable how that order comes out.  I have seen a SortD ListA, ListB,
ListC, ListD order differently depending on data and who knows what else.

It's a mystery.
