because, apparently unlike everyone else on this list, it seems to me
that having a HW1 is kinda like being trapped in an ever-shrinking
room... sometime down the road, there will be so many more 2's than 1's
that there will be no support for 1's, and who knows, TI might really
screw us over next time they do something unexpected, and just stop
distributing flash updates compatible with 1's.

call me a cowardly sheep, but I can accept the 8K limit and other crazy
restrictions rather than make a fuss... mostly because I figure people
will eventually win out and hack around all the 'security features' some
way or another...
