Re: A86: disp a menu

$49B0	_disp_GRAPH
$49B4	display menu (same as $49e8)
$49B8	_disp_stock_menu (a)
$49BC	_load_GRAPH load proper GRAPH menu
$49C4	_load_stock_menu (a)
$49C8	_load_menu   hl->menu
$49E8	_disp_menu

these probably have different "official" names now that i'm too lazy to
look up

for built in (or "stock", as windows refers to built in objects) menus
you can just load the value into a and call _disp_stock_menu
for user menus, you have to load the menu, then display it
(_disp_stock_menu calls _load_stock_menu and _disp_menu)

to actually get the menu to work, you have to return from your program,
sometimes it's necessary to have a monitor context set up as well.
