Re: A86: editequ

_setupEditEqu - open var and set up for editing
  input:
    var name in op1
  output:
var open, edit buffer set up
    buffer at beginning/top
    all regs destroyed?
    bit 2,(iy+1) set

_closeEditEqu - close open edit buffer
  input:
    edit buffer
    bit 2,(iy+1) set
  output:
    buffer closed, var size updated
    bit 2,(iy+1) reset
    all regs destroyed?

"edit buffer" here refers to the imathptrs & having all of memory
allocated to the open variable
_P_IMATHPTR1 = start of edit buffer (variable)
_P_IMATHPTR2 = end of used data in edit buffer, start of empty space
_P_IMATHPTR3 = end of edit buffer, var data after this var
_P_IMATHPTR4 = size of block after data, variables after open one
these are automatically adjusted if you use _bufInsert and such, so you
shouldn't need to modify them most of the time.
