I learned from Jimmy's good ol' ZShell School (that was before I knew about 
Usgard...that was 3 or 4 (?) years ago) and it took about a year for 
everything to "sink in" and start making sense, since my only previous 
programming experience was in TI-BASIC.  I know very little 86-specific 
assembly, though, although I have read everything at 86 Central (since it 
mostly applies to the 85 as well) and a few lessons from Dux and a few others 
specifically for the 86.
