Well, the coordinators don't think its "questionable".  I know a few staff
members, at least 1 maybe 2, that think some things are questionable, but they
don't believe it strongly enough to do anything about it.  It's quite sad
actually...

And you wonder why Elian's father doesn't say he wants the boy to stay in the
United States... Castro would kill him.
