the fact i was trying to point out is that in the options for getting a
receipt there are none for which addresses to send a receipt request to.
however there are multiple options for sending a receipt: dont send
receipts, ask me if i want one sent and send a receipt for all receipt
request (plus a checkbox not to send one if its a mailing list). also most
ppl want receipts from certain e-mails and it's either all or nothing.
taking all of that into account it would she be in the hands of the ppl that
dont want a receipt request to pop up to either say they dont want to send
one or to say they want to send one for all e-mails they get and check not
to send one to a mailing list such as this.
