Can anyone point me to or send me some info about how to write code for
communicating a TI-86 an a PC with the parallel inteface.

I've read and researched as much as I can about the topic and although there
is plenty of info regarding the handshake and the transfers there is
practically none as to how to read from the actual PC port which although
parallel doesn't seem to behave like a standard parallel port due to its 3
cable only nature.
