There aren't ROM calls... the custom menu is the only menu, besides the math
menu, that has its entries stored in the RAM.  The custom menu data table
starts at $d1c3.  For some GREAT information on the ti-86 menu system, check
out http://www.eden.rutgers.edu/~assets/86menu.htm
It has some nice information and should tell you everything you want to know
about the menus on the ti-86 and how to use them in assembly programming.
