install the "personal web server" thingy.
in win95 it's under network properties->add->service->microsoft
once that's all set up, you can test out the scripts with a web browser
using your computer's network name or ip address.
i think you will need to install the iis or whatever version of perl, but
you should be able to get it from the same place
