cool, but most likely impractical.  it is very likely that this assembler will
take up at least half of the available ram, and probably even more than that.
even if it didn't, it won't have an interface as nice as Assembly Studio 86,
typing will take forever on such a weird keypad, and all include files will
take up space as well.  in addition, without an emulator, every bug will crash
your calc.  sorry if i sound like a total pessimist, but i just don't think
it'll work.
