A86: translating

i have, or had, a file called translat.zip  which the info said

" Translat v1.04 (81p -> 82p,82p -> 85p,85p -> 82p) "

now there is only an .exe file and i dont know how to use it
i would like to be able to convert some of my old 82 games to 86
i will translate it to 85p which i can then get it on my 86 but, 
i cant seem to get it to work, and i was wondering if any of you
have used this program or know how to use this, thank you

(there is no documentation with it)
