A86: delay




I was wondering if anyone knew of a good framedelay/non-getkey pause
routine to keep animations from running too fast.  I've tried some of the
ones from other source codes but I can't seem to find a way to get any of
them to work.  I know that my animations are running because I can see them
when I turn the contrast really high, but that's only when the screen is
like almost totally black.
I would greatly appreciate any help!  Thanks
