A86: LCD Powerdown

A while ago someone was asking about turning the lcd off to conserve
power. I wrote an interupt routine that does this. When the on button
is pressed, it will either turn on or off the display, depending on it's
current condition. Unfortunatly, most of the os, except the cursor will
turn the display back on. Also, the keyboard seems to be disabled also,
except for the on key. Because the lcd powerdown didn't keep during a
program, graphing, etc. I let the calc still get the on keypress, to
allow breaking from a program. Also, the on key is very touchy and is
hard to get to turn off without turning it back on again. I'll try to
fix this in my next version. If you're interested, I've uploaded it to
ticalc.org.
