yeah.  the screen ratio (and pixels) on the 89 is much closer to making the
pixels square.
Besides, l think that the 86 is currently the only calc that doesn't make the
rest of the screen blur when pixels are turned on (turn up the contrast a tiny
bit on any other calc, type some stuff, and you'll see that there are two
different shades of white because of the letters)
