Check out the GNU project's version of cc, gcc.  I think their page is at
www.gnu.org (someone who knows any better should correct me their). 
Anyway, theirs is the best compiler anyway and being released under the
GPL (the page will explain that) you will have no problem finding the
source.
There is a version of C, C++, Objective C and extensions for Fortran77
and Pascal as well.  gcc has been used almost exclusively for the linux
project (check that out at www.linux.org).
