download Asm86 2.0 from ticalc.org. (in /dos/asm/, i think) It will give
you everything you need to compile the programs into a .86p file. (DOS/Win)

Relocation isn't needed.  The 86 moves the program into a executable spot
before it runs, specifically $D748
