Hey, I know a fix for that problem where you lose a couple of lines on one
side.  This worked on mine, but it might not on yours.

If you stuff a bunch of paper inside the case on the side with the problem,
it might fix it.  With mine the problem was that a data cable wasn't
connecting properly.
