wtf? It is about ONE MEGAHERTZ. I know what that means, cycles per
second, I don't know what 'rated' means exactly. But all the faqs and
people I've talked to say that it is about one megahertz before
acceleration, around 3-4 megahertz after acceleration.

It has something to to do with the fact that ti intentionally slowed
down the proccessor to save on battery drain.
