Just a notice, I've redone the main USUL page, and just released Alpha 5.
This Alpha is tested more thoroughly, includes a (finally) bug free INPUT
command with more options, a VAL command (convert STRING into it's decimal
value), and a couple more bug fixes.

Also, be on the watch for more sample programs in USUL format that will be
released soon by me and other helpers!

Bug reports, ideas for additional commands, and suggestions are all
extremely welcome.  Also, there is a brand new Message Board on my page for
USUL discussion!
