That is incorrect.  Computers run much fast than that.  compuer use MHz 
not Hz!  So, if you have a 100 MHz proccesor it is doing somewhere 
around 100,000,000 clock cycles per second, thats what I've read on a 
intel page.  So I don't think 20 clock cycles per second is correct for 
computers.  Can you also imagine trying to run a computer on that? t 
wouldn't work!
