Generally one would use assembly language for the Z80 processor when
writing for the TI-85 (or 82, 83, 86).

I'm guessing what you really wanted to know is what compiler to use. It
really doesn't make much difference; they all make a binary file from a
text file. TASM (Table Assembler, not Turbo Assembler) works fine in a
Wintel environment. It should be located somewhere on ticalc..
