Here's what ticalc.org says:
     DROPPED CALCULATOR

     If you drop your calculator and it appears not to turn on, try
taking out one
     battery and pressing the ON button 10 times. Put the battery back,
press ON,
     then press 2nd and hold the up arrow until the cursor becomes
visible. NOTE:
     You will lose your calculator's memory.
