Cetainly there would be circumstances where it would not be able to
replace statements for relocation, but under many (most)
circumstances, it would be easy to locate.  Also, there are a huge
number of older programs that will never be recompiled for usgard.
Additionally, i think that some people don't want to program
specifically for Usgard.  With this utility they could just program
for ZShell (like always) then just use the utility to make a smaller
Usgard compatible version.  Just an idea.
