LZ: ZShell file format

I have updated my STRING page to include a "tech info pack,"
which includes information on the format of ZShell programs stored
in 85S files.
I also made a slight modification to STRING20; in the process of
updating the docs I realized that I forgot to clear the direction
flag in some cases, so if you've had problems in the past, try
again!
