LZ: crashing the 85



All of you who are trying to render the TI-85 entirely broken are
nuts. The reason it cannot be done is because removing the batteries
clears the memory, causing the calculator to reboot itself from the
permanent ROM contained inside the calc. Thus, unless you had a way
of physically changing the ROM, this idea is impossible.


Anyway, why would you want to do such a thing? There are surely
better (and more useful) ways to demonstrate your programming skill...
