Venus is a nice shell/loader, and it's a real lightweight at 222 bytes.  It 
even includes a fastcopy and random routine.

Programs use venus by including Send(9prgm0V (0 being a theta) at the 
beginning of the program.  Venus uses a small unsquished stub to load 
itself.
