The internal 3.0 we had, worked off of the dev .clc files anyway.

I tried to make VTI run with the silver for a simple rom dump... It wouldn't get the dump for the silver on a black cord on any com port... VTI doesn't have an option to select the USB port for the gray cable to begin with...
The problems are:
Currently VTI won't get a silver rom dump (on os 1.14 or 1.15)
Currently you can't select the USB port for the silver USB cord in VTI.
