Hence the mnemonic SRA, which stands fro Shift Right Arithmetical, it was 
designed with math in mind.  If you want to shit right without preserving 
the carry bit, you want SRL, or Shift Right Logical, which is usefull for 
unsigned numbers and logical (hence the name) operations
