Well, if one managed to get the schematics, find all the parts, etc. to make 
a TI-compatable Graphing Calculator, I think TI would not want it shared to 
individua programmers, but I suppose they don't want companies copying it, 
so they could put it under GPL (not LGPL) instead (-:
