For hex characters, you either write them as $FC, or 1Bh. (either "$" before 
it or "h" after it)


Also, Watch out for that BAD Ion header "$BB,6D"  Instead of containing 
BB6D, it contains BB06, because 6D without a $ means "6 decimal".  Programs 
with bad ion headers work fine under ion, but are not detected by MirageOS.
