If you mean a program that moves itself to a certain absolute address so
you can have the advantages of relocation to a fixed address, it's
certainly possible. I actually did that in Phoenix (though it is still
for Usgard, not ZShell, but that doesn't matter for this issue). Of
course, if you want to preserve the VAT while doing so, it might not be
terribly easy.
