Either 1.10 or 1.12, I forget, fixed a bug that sometimes you couldn't send
a flash app to your calc even if you had enough archive free. 1.13 added
Silver Edition support; TI released a few more romcalls also. 1.13 also
added a link hook. 1.14 added support for determining the version numbers of
installed apps (TI Connect support) and does garbage collection a different
method so it's faster occasionally.
