[A83] Re: call vs. bcall()



Well.. that's true but the actual routines ret back to the bcall routine
which flips the correct rom page back in and then jumps back to the next
instruction after the call. His point is that it is more complicated
than a direct mirror of bcall/bjump to call/jp.

There is no b_ret.  Plain old 'ret' is used to return from a bcall.
