Good question :) I didn't know when I wrote, now I have checked in some 
graphs, and assuming it has approximatly the same behaviour as other 
microprocessors with an RC-oscillator, its the cold one that is faster.
But its not much really, for the one I had a grapgh, the pic16c84 (runs 
typically at 4 or 10 MHz) it is only about 4% faster at -8 C, then 
roomtemperature of +25 C
