It probably works to send normal programs that are like 83 programs, but I
don't think it works for sending stuff to FLASH (i.e., APPS). I also don't
believe it would work with a black link, if you have one of those. But if
you have both a black link AND an 83+, well, then it REALLY won't work for
apps =)

Your best route is the docs he mentioned -- to send stuff to Flash, you only
need to change a few things IIRC. But unless the application actually needs
to be DOS (not a Win32 DOS box), then you might want to consider using TI's
TalkTI SDK, which makes the process rather easy for Windows programs or
Win32 console programs.
