If I'm not mistaken, I think that ionRandom automatically returns the
result in the accumulator (a).  To check if something's bigger or smaller,
you can use "cp x" or B_CALL(_cphlde) or something like that.  The result
is in the carry flag... I *think* if the carry flag is set then the first
value is smaller than the second i.e. a<x or de<hl but I'm not sure.
