A83: Re: Assembly-83 Digest V1 #1203

Ok people, just thought that they Hays corporation has commited 2 federal
infringements although they have not been prosecuted. Since they did commit
the felony of entrapment by asking people to pirate games and put Joe's name
on them, the NCSC and Interpol may be interested in opening a case against
them, along with the FBI and the District Attorney's Office. Should they
continue with this activity, they could be prosecuted on many grounds. Also,
my psychologist friend (a Dr. by the way) said that saying this person was
beat as a child is total BS. She believes that this person's Hays
Corporation may not be legitimate. Our lawyer (Ms. D. Sprenger) says that
she would like the full mailing address for the Hays Corporation along with
their legal counsel's staff's names so that she can notify them of the 2
federal infringements they have committed. She suggests that the Hays
Corporation take serious measures to prepare for a federal lawsuit, or they
cease operation immediately and declare that they have ceased operations
before legal measures are taken against them.
