[A83] Re: Battery checking




The hardware necessary to test the battery status (aka Voltage-meter) has not been built-in into the calculator. Actually there is one, but it only indicates wheter batteries are low or not. The port that indicates this, is, at least on the 83-, port 14h. If bit 0 if this port is set, your batteries are OK, if not then they aren't.
