First VTI doesn't support flash so you'll crash a long way before reaching
the write to flash code thus you'll have to use the TI simulator. Otherwise
you have to be on page 1Eh, 1Dh or 1Fh to unlock flash (which consists of
sending a '1' to port 14h). And there's no OUT (14h), A / RET on those
pages, every single out to port 14h is strictly controlled and the
calculator will reset if you try to spoof.
