The 83+ documentation should give you enough information to port what you
can make on another calculator.
As a general rule of thumb, for most any routine I write there is a similar
one that exists on a different calculator.  Just think of when a routine has
been used in another program and modify that code to suit your needs by
using the 83+ docs.  There are many resources out there such as ACZ, Icarus
Productions, Wouter's karma.ticalc.org , and Macross Software.

But if a third party compilation tailored for the 83+ suits you, then look
for someone like Robin Kay to write it.
