James speaks. He says to use ZDS. woo... =P  I still use TASM for my 
Application Development, and it works great. Although, I do use AsmStd to do 
the typing of code, but not for compiling. There had been problems with 
AsmStd's compiling process in the past, where its hex file wasnt optimal for 
TI to use to sign it. I use some nifty batch files instead, where I just have 
to type one thing at the DOS prompt, and it Compiles, Signs, and sends to my 
calc for testing purposes, all at once. That kind of functionality is better 
than having to adapt to ZDS, if you ask me...
