Everyone has their own favorite method.  I use Tasm 3.1 and a customized
version of Bin2Var.  The Bin2Var on ticalc.org is great, too.  If you want
raw hex, you can use tasm and get a listing output with hex.  This is if
you are the lazy type without GraphLink.  Bin2Var can generate a
'squished' version for you that takes up half the space of the hex
programs...
