Im going to talk REALLY S L O W for you:
Since you use(or at least try to...) AOL goto keyword ftp.
Look for something like connect to a site. Then click other.
Type in ftp.ti.com as the address. From here navigate the directories
to get to the file. Download it and then run it from your comptuer.
To open this file you need windows 98 or above. If you have 95
install IE 4 (gag) and then you can open the file
PS: The above information might not work because i dont have aol
anymore....
