A83: windows 3.1

This question is kinda off topic of TI-83's but I really need this
answered. Anyone who has Windows 3.1 knows that if you transfer a file like
"dacali t.exe" (with a space) from Windows 95 to Windows 3.1 you can and
will get no error. However, Whe you try to run, delete, rename, move, copy,
or anything else, the system says "cannot find file". This is because
Windows 3.1 treats "dacali t.exe" as "dacali_t.exe". It can't interpret
spaces , . / \ ; : and what ever else I missed in the file name while
Windows 95 can. Anyway I transfers 5MB of files on my old 386 Windows 3.1
comp from my Windows 95 comp. Now I want to delete these useless files but
I can't. I only have 126MB on the whole hard drive so 5 MB is a lot! Can
anyone recommend a good program that substitutes File Manager that can fix
the problem? I though that someone else maybe has this problem.
