A83: just thinking aloud...

I was playing civ 2, deity/138,600,000 people/all but two
wonders/smartest/most powerful/ largest/3452 score/romans, and I
pondered about an external drive idea. Someone would write a small
shell, 1k, that used a routine to look for external drives connected to
the link port. A floppy drive connected to the link port could be used
to store programs on. The shell would use a routine to read and write
to the floppy as if it was a HDD? I heard about EII or something for
the 86. It was some sort of driver(?) If someone, or everyone, could
produce a driver like that it could allow for some kick-ass programs.
Civ II, diablo, etc...I know this could be done because some kick-ass 86
programer made Sim City for it! With only 82k possible for use!!
