I have been having a problem with my 83. It seems to have started since I put ashell
on it, I have a ROM 1.03 btw.  Everything works fine until I turn it off, sometimes
(not always) it wont turn back on until I remove all the batteries. When I put the
batteries back in everything works normal again, no mem is erased.  Since no mem
is erased its not a BIG deal, but it seems to be assmebly related and I thought maybe
someone would know why this happens and how to avoid it.
