Better to have the source...
So we can use it in the z88dk.

It creates *apropriate* headers for the 82 (only for BASIC [and ASH?]
programs), 83 (yes), 83+ (also adds the $BB,$6D), 85 (don't know if it
works), 86 (only for BASIC programs, "asm(xxx" gives you "ERROR 10 DATA
TYPE" on the calc)

The pro about Bin2Var(2) is that it also runs under Win2k.
