[A82] Re: TI82 ROM Version 19.006
Currently the source code for Ash is not in a state where I can release it
(after a harddisc crash, the Ash files got pretty messed up, and need some
work before anyone else can use them). I have not had the time to do
anything with Ash for a while, and doubt that anything will happen soon. I
would love to update the homepage, release Ash 3.1, and maybe even release
the source, but whetehr I can find the time I do not know. Several people
have asked for a shell for the new ROM version, but thre are some problems
in making such a shell, which I mentioned earlier. Some time ago I asked
whether anyone would be interested in helping with the shell, a few people
answered, but I never go around to sending them anything. The interest in
TI82s seems to have droped quite a bit since then, but should some people be
interested, that might still be possible, but there is still he problem of
cleaning up the Ash files.
